    Hello
I am looking to buy a gaming laptop. My choise end up on the Hp Omen brand

The thing now , I cannot decide the model. My choice would be :

    HP Omen 15-dc0025ca (
    Windows 10 Home 64
    Intel® Core™ i7+ 8750H
    16 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (1 x 16 GB)
    Video graphics
    NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1060 (6 GB GDDR5 dedicated)
    Hard drive
    128 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD
    Display
    15.6" diagonal FHD IPS anti-glare micro-edge WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080)

    HP Omen 17-an110ca
    Windows 10 Home 64
    Intel® Core™ i7-8750H
    12 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB, 1 x 8 GB)
    NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1060 (6 GB GDDR5 dedicated)
    1 TB 7200 rpm SATA
    128 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD

    HP OMEN HP - 17-ap010nr
    Windows 10 Home 64
    Intel® Core™ i7-7700HQ
    NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1070 (8 GB GDDR5 dedicated)
    1 TB 7200 rpm SATA
    256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD

The 15-dc0025ca 17-an110ca for the price , and the 17-ap010nr , for the power. I am not a hard core gamer , but wahnt a laptop that will support many present and future game.

The 3rd option is the better choice because of the better GPU and bigger SSD but it depends on the price and your budget. The 1060GTX will easily handle all current games and future games on 1080p.

Can you post the price of all 3 options?

Yes, without prices any advice is meaningless and if price is not an issue, then #3 seems no brainer. BTW IMO 128GB SSD is not enough, 256GB is a minimum. I have my Omen for 2 weeks only and my C: drive is at 82 GB and I have not loaded any serious software yet (games can easily be 10GB each). Yes, you have 1TB HDD, but that's more for backup, storing pics and video etc. than installing games and in order for SSD to run efficiently at full speed it needs to have extra empty space, 20-30% maybe and you'll be there just after Win 10 updates on 128GB drive.

Just to let you know 15' Omen with 8750h, GTX1060, 256GB Samsung SSD and 1TB 7200RPM HDD, sells for $999 US at Microcenter, so if you were planning to travel here, it could cover part of the trip. Personally I would not spend 800 to 900 for upgrade from GTX 1060 to 1070, not to mention 8750h is 6core/12T newer cpu and 7700 I think is older 4core/8T cpu. As far as size goes, it's personal preference, but if I want bigger screen than 15' I hook it up to my 49' TV, or 37' monitor.

Ok after seeing the prices avoid the 3rd option because its a rip off by far. First of all the CPU is weaker than the first two options and even though you've have a bigger SSD and better GPU it still doesnt justify a $800 price increase over the other two. You can get a system with a 1080GTX at that price or cheaper here in the states. I would say choose the first option mostly because it'll be more portable because its a 15inch laptop vs a 17inch desktop replacement. I dont like 2nd option much because they're selling it with 12GB RAM which is weird in this day and age but you can easily buy another 8GB RAM stick if you choose that option.
