Wait...have you gotten a virus from AVG? And then, since your answer is no, how can you judge whats better?

I use AVG and swear by it. I have used it for free now

    Benefits?

    Free
    Almost Daily definition update
    Frequent program update
    Uses very little system resources
I heve never had a virus get through not once

    Cons

Hmm still thinking...Don't think there is one.

I use Nod32 and it works fine, i used to use norton cuz it came for free but it kept on telling me this and that were viruses but never actually letting me do anything not even delete them....

Ive used AVG and bitdefender before and both were great, I used panda once and it just refused to uninstall.

I personally use NOD32, but find that AVG is fairly good for a free Antivirus software.

I use Avast over AVG for two main reasons.
Avast have a real time web shield scanner, and it does not scan everytime on startup. Because of the scanning everytime on startup, it makes the booting of my notebook longer than usual.
