What to do with your new G73JH

    Thanks for this guide!

    I tried making the boot disk on my usb flash drive (16gb) and I get an error message: Device Media is Write Protected. Any way to get past this?

    You probably have a small write protect switch on the flash drive that you need to switch off. Look on the side or edges of the stick.

    Glad it helped. Alot of other people did the real work of paving the roads, I just wrote out a map.

    I followed everything from ValkerieFire and for the life of me I get to the c/ thing when I reboot the computer but it wont find the vflash any thoughts as to why??? Need help!!!!

    At the DOS prompt (the "c/ thing") type "dir" without quotes and click enter. Do you see "VFlash.bat" in the directory listing?
