With the iconic line, 'they're all wasted!'. While partying excessively, this was the de facto choice in albums.

And while The Who and the Stones were my favorites, a sub favorite of mine was TP. Seen him seven times in concert from the very beginning. Nothing late in has career. My favorite song of his is only on bootleg records and it's called Dog On The Run. Not to be confused with Dogs On The Run. I have a slightly better version with better sound quality, but this video is close. Shows how the Heartbreakers can really rock. The story goes while at the airport before this particular show, they had to eat all their hash before going through customs. You can see they're totally wasted.

I'm a big fan of album art, and the cover of this bootleg I own is a great one.

Great song and vibe, grooved to it! And the story makes it so much better, haha. I miss LP's, they had great art that you could marvel at while listening to the albums. Which IMO is a part of the whole experience, and it's missing with the cd/itunes.

I was fortunate enough to catch the early punk scene and saw these guys multiple times in the late seventies. All my friends were about the guitar gods and rock, but I had a girl that sat next to me in my English class in HS, and she was the one that turned me on to punk- Sex Pistols, Ramones, Elvis Costello, Talking Heads type stuff still all labeled in the punk category at the time. This video captures the vibe well.
