    Hey guys :D ,

    I have been looking around to get an answer for this question, but all I get is some old threads or inaccurate answers. So, I thought I make this thread to us, m1730 owners :cool: , to post what drivers we're using, and how the laptop performs with them.

    So now to the question, what drivers are you using?

    I had the m17x, I also had the m15x but now the m1730 :D . I tried these drivers, the only problem I had with them is source games. They're kinda laggy even though it shows that it is getting around 200 frames. I am not sure of the reason why. Any suggestions?

    @jjgoo
    I checked, the latest they have is 167.55 :(

    Agreed so far the 18043 are great Make sure you use the modd'd inf file and you can play with the two options (powermizer off or on) to see which one gives you better results. Im using powermizer off based on a post on the maga 1730 owners thread and am happy I have not tested the on inf yet.

    I tried 178.13 again and I found out that the problem wasn't the driver, but SLI. When I disabled it while playing source games they ran smoothly. When I play COD4, I will turn it on again. Thanks for the help everyone! :)
