2007 Bruichladdich Rockside Farm. Really, really enjoy those un-peated Islay's.
One of the most brilliant peated single malts available. Not for the faint of heart, however.

It's been a while and I've almost forgotten what sake tastes like. Going to break some out tonight.
Not a big fan. Prefer other liquors, but there are tons of flavors of sake though. Would like to visit a sake bar sometime though.
I've got regular and coconut right now, haven't touched the coconut yet.
Rafly today with some excellent words on the philosophy of adding water to scotch, the experiencing of new brands, and the reality in the scotch whisky scene that price is in no way an absolute indicator of the quality of the experience.

I've been adding a little water for awhile now and it's a noticeable benefit. Many of you may know this already but I recently heard, if the country or origin has and E or and I in it, you spell Whiskey with an E.
