Yeah, I'm scared to try too many of these quality drinks because going back to the less sophisticated ones just won't be possible. I'll have to try the Basil Hayden. Problem is cost in store is about 30-40% more expensive than ordering online. I guess I'll just have to order online and try some out! A 12 year Glenlivet is $50 at local store, and 15 year is $100!
Have two bottles of whiskey - expensive and cheap(er). Start with expensive, and after 3-4 glasses switch to cheaper one. Won't notice the difference. And if you will, well at that point you won't even care.
Good idea. At my age after 3-4 I'll be fast asleep anyhow though. And I am in constant search for Dogfish Head World Wide Stout. Can cost $20 a 12oz bottle, but it is insanely awesome. I will buy as many as I can if I ever find it again. But usually you're lucky to be able to buy more than 3 or 4.
Don't even need a lullaby? Note to future self (if I ever be unfortunate to have kids) - give kids booze for them to fall asleep sooner.
