Hi! My friend bought his new sony and Toshiba(for me) laptop while he travelled in europe.
However, I'm very skeptic about warranty of european version of sony and toshiba.
Should I return the products or is it ok?
he bought it because its price was 35% cheaper than US.
Please reply me anyone who has same experience.

    Thank you

You need to find out if it's an international warranty, if so you should be fine. Call Toshiba support, explain the situation and see what they have to say.

I would be very careful, usually the price of notebooks in Europe is higher than in the US. This deal being 35% less than in the US is very suspicious; there's a high probability than these could be stolen. I would get the serial number and contact the manufacturer to make sure they are not hot.
