Warning: Some i7-6820HKs and i7-6700HQ have Uneven Core Temps due to Uneven Heatsink

    Ahh!!! 7C difference now. Should I go for round two? Ugh Running prime95 small fft.

    Edit: Holy **** temps not hitting 80c lol

    Put load on Gpu simultaneous. I'm sure you will see increased temp and bigger temp difference between the cores. Remember Shared pipes. Use Heaven and not Furmark.

    Will do. I do notice the HS is slightly elevated on the right side where the thermal pads are.

    Tried, stayed at 5-7C difference all the way until 88C on cpu and 79 on gpu and I turn it off.

    Are you running DEFAULT prime without AVX and FMT instructions disabled?
    If you are, then no, you don't need to repaste. That's about what you would expect if AVX is enabled.
    If you disabled AVX and FMT (read undoc.txt to find out how and copy the values for it to local.txt, like 3 lines total), then yes you need to repaste.
    Disabling AVX And FMT will drop prime temps by over 10C.

    I am running default prime no changes. So is the 7C temp differential acceptable?

    Put Aida64 as the guide and run it 30 min and post temp and results with pict.

    I was running prime95 latest version and Heaven at the same time. Lol is Aida heavier than that?
