One of my laptops on xp has the vista fonts, the other computers on xp don't.

I quite like the vista default font, how do i get it on my other xp computers?

. locate the fonts on vista fonts folder
. copying them onto the xp comps
. import the fonts, from windows menu

    to watch out:
. not any xp comps would use the vista fonts correctly, especially some apps. Pay attention to ur graphic card performance

    cheers ...

I don't think that's it.... I was under the impression there is a patch or update for windows xp that does this.

You can download the Office 2007 Compatibility Pack from Microsoft and it will install the Calibri font, which is what you're looking for.

yep, apart from the office suite that would add a "few" vista font onto xp, i dont believe that you can just import any vista fonts into xp without some tweaking about. The display engine is quite different between these 2 OS versions.

as mentioned, i did import the SeguoUI font into XP, and had to remove it, because some XP apps were choking when using this; especialy the bold effect.

    cheers ...
