I cleared (disabled) all the boot options in the BIOS because I wanted to manually select which drive to boot to. Bad decision.

Immediately afterwards, the laptop does not boot.

I press the power button, the power and CAPS button light up, the CAPS light turns off after a few seconds, and then the power button remains lighted. Completely black screen. The CPU heatsink gets warm. Heatsink fan spins once it gets hot enough. CMOS battery voltage is fine.

    Tried:
    • Leaving the laptop "on" for 8~ hours.
    • External monitor.
    • Holding power button for 60 seconds while plugged in.
    • Holding power button for 60 seconds while unplugged.
    • Disconnecting the CMOS and main batteries (7+ days).
    • Disconnecting the main battery and turning on the laptop directly from power.
    • Holding F2 for a very long time.
    • Taking out network card and both m.2 drives.

    The heck...
Did I just brick my laptop due to ASUS's bad BIOS code??

Try removing and inserting the CMOS battery once.
