I’m interested in what operating system you are going to use on this CF-28 project....and what you will be doing with it every 5-6 days.....also what programs you’ll be running?....just curious

Ok that’s good. I will only use it every now and then for the cardbus card. Should I go for that cf-28? I have everything I need to get it up and running. Have a HDd and caddy.

This is the one I’m talking about. The ac adapter says 16v but I have a m34 so I’ll use that. Windows xp pro with winternals erd commander 2005 as OS? Sound like a good deal for around 100 Canadian dollars?

I started a conversation for you with Sheepman.
Talk to him before you buy anything elsewhere.

He's from Canada so after paying the extra shipping, customs duties and changing our money to USA funds the grand total is only $152.43 Canadian
That's the problem when you live in Canada...duties and changing our money to USA funds at least doubles the price.

    Thanks Blair,
Did not know his location...thus a Canadian seller might cost less in the end.
How much fees are charged for a US seller sending to our great neighbors up north?

On that auction the shipping charge was $36.00 to canada + 15% tax at customs + 40% discount rate to buy USA funds ( $1.00 USA cost us $1.40 Canadian) so something that looked like a great deal turns the other way after you add all the .... +++++
