Ultraportable 13/14 with specific requirements.

    Hi guys, got a few specific requirements at the bottom and so far I've only found the HP envy range to fit, what have i missed?

    1) What is your budget? Budget: Under £1300 / $1700

    2) What size notebook would you prefer?
    Thin and Light; 13" - 14" screen

    3) Which country will you buying this notebook?
    UK

    4) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
    Love Dell's Onsite warranty but dont have any love for a brand.
    5) Would you consider laptops that are refurbished/redistributed?
    Yes

    6) What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook?
    Live Audio / DJing

    7) Will you be taking the notebook with you to different places, leaving it on your desk or both?
    Both

    8) Will you be playing games on your notebook? (If so, please state which games or types of games?)
    No

    9) How many hours of battery life do you need?
    Neogtiable

    10) Would you prefer to see the notebooks you're considering before purchasing it or buying a notebook on-line without seeing it is OK?

    separate page up and down keys (no pressing f)

    would love to haves
    1920x1200 (taller) screen
    at least 3 usb ports (plus charge port)
    decent battery life.

    A ThinkPad should get you page up and down keys.

    My Dell 5406 has page up/down keys as well. It was 979 cdn. I love it. Great build quality using aluminum for everything except the bottom cover. Worth a look for sure.
