Hello everyone! Yesterday I decided to install ubuntu on my laptop parallel with my windows 10 after then when I turned on my laptop in the screen I saw "Boot menu" and "App menu". Only ubuntu was listed in boot menu section. I can't to enter into the bios by f2 or other keys, it is not working. Today I have reset bios by disconnection cmos battery for 20 minutes and now when I turn on is nothing listed in both section (boot menu and app menu), I can't to enter into the bios yet. Please help me and sorry for my terrible english.

I realize it's been a few days now, but a late welcome to NBR nevertheless.

You may have moved on and/or already found a solution, but in case you haven't, and for the benefit of others who may come across this thread in the future:

Unfortunately this sounds like a familiar problem with some generations of Samsung laptops, where the NVRAM used by the UEFI becomes corrupted after installing Linux, preventing F-keys from working during boot (such as F11 to select a boot device), and thus also preventing access to BIOS with F2.

It is discussed in numerous threads here in the Samsung forum, the main thread being the one linked below. Study that, follow the guide in post #7, but also make sure to study the rest of the thread, as there are many tips you may need to get your computer to boot anything at all -- which will be required to salvage it.

Good luck. Please keep us posted on your progress. I will watch this thread if you post here again.
