    0 file(s) 0 bytes
    1 dir(s) 2,003,148,800 bytes free

when I ck usb in another computer it shows the files there are they not in correct format?

I used your link rumorscity to create dos boot usb then I just copy paste the gobi2000 files to same usb im thinking that's not the correct way? the laptop dose boot to dos perfect to c promt its like system don't see files

Make sure you unizpped the zip file into the dos folder. There should be a readme once unzipped that will explain what to run to enable
