    On one version of the laptop, one slot only takes NVME and NVME only, other works with NVME and SATA.


    In terms of animation speed, types, and colors, those I think depend on the version of the CC, the performance of the lighting under-load might have changed between CCs. The CC I'm using doesn't get lag under any typing or performance load.

    When you say no lag. Even with 90+wpm? I might start fishing around for different CCs then and test out.

    I tried the illegear but no success. Still so much delay between when I press and the light turns on :/ Beginning to think it's maybe my keyboard's firmware that is buggy or old...?

    Has anyone tried putting the keyboard from the 15" in this? If so, how was it? Were the keys sitting too low?

    is it just me or is the area above the keyboard F5-F11 keys extremely hot? i dont recall any power delivery circuits underneath that area. why is it so hot? will it cause long term problems?

    Was doing some BFV and noticed that too. I wouldn't worry too much here. Many ppl with this laptop, gaming way more than us. Curious to see what are some official numbers from OwnOrDisown.

    Anyone happen to try swapping the screen for a 4k 60hz on the evoo 17 or similar chassis?
