My laptop, after it came from RMA, they replaced the motherboard and it came with a different BIOS.
My processor now is stuck on 2.2GHz, doesn't Turbo Boost. What do you thing can help?

It is a chipset problem, had the same thing. Send it to RMA.

just curious, but how long did it take from the time you sent it out to receive it back or a new laptop? I am also having the screen flickering issue and going to send it in for an RMA.

I am in the US, hopefully that's the time frame for me as well. Also, did you make any changes to your laptop, like adding RAM or storage and did they transfer your data to the new one or did you just back it up and restore it yourself?

I did not change anything. Also, I didn't need to backup anything, as the company on my country took the drive off and sent to the "factory" without it. When it arrived to them they put the drive and then sent it to me.

Also just wanted to confirm since I haven't heard back from them yet, did you contact them at the email on their website: service@opowered.com or is there another way we are supposed to contact them for RMAs?

I did not use that email as they are not the distributor for my country, but I'm sure either way they will see your email and answer.

Does anyone in the US have a way to contact them directly either via phone number or an email address to use besides the service@opowered.com one that worked for them when you requested an RMA? I have sent now two emails to the support email two weeks apart and have not heard back yet and my warranty expires in December so I want to get this done ASAP.
