Yep thats what im clicking, and every time it brings up this:

Edit: I also tried an earlier than that version on page 109, same results.

The fan doesn't seem to turn on at all when pc reboots/starts up (and when it setup windows there was 0 fan noise which also surprised me).

If I enable the control app and set the fan to office mode and whatever percentage, temps ingame seem to be fine, but it is kind annoying having to change it manually every time I game. Also the fan boost button doesnt turn fan on max, it just toggles between game mode (no fan at all) and office mode.

I think is much more a bios problem. If you want you can try the mechrevo bios you can find here
    https://pan.baidu.com/s/1RN9gR9ZtGleN2dvVsKCvRw

But i read that baidu have added a tons of restrictions few days ago to limit the rest of the world downloading from china servers

    Pls help!!
I was lowering the voltage to the cpu with intel XTU and the value of Turbo boost short power max I think it has been changed from 56w to 78w !!! by default, and even if i uninstall the xtu, that value remains if I am not wrong before it was 56w, pls can someone confirm what the value of that field is for default???, I have the recoil ii, and if it is possible that with the xtu modified that value that it has by default and has been saved although uninstall the xtu?
