This just further enforces ...... IE FTW!
Super compatiblity + speed + best UI
All the things they mention is balls.. and the video where the compare the browsers its probably true but we are talking about really little difference in speed.. i would never give up the way firefox can be customized, and the addons for a couple of miliseconds..
Seriously look at it.. pretty, oh so pretty =)
I agree FF has many addons, but honestly speaking, I don't really require any of them, they are nice, but not required, try IE8 for a week and I promise you you will never go back to FF
^^ lol too FF biased. Chrome and it's minimalistic-sexiness is all you need. And if you don't like Chrome then sticking with IE is no problem. I don't understand the hype about add-ons. :S
You don't think i've used internet explorer, lol? I HIGHLY doubt a week will ever convert me to IE, mate. I will probably need to be waterboarded and brainwashed and spend a month in guantanamo bay before i'll use IE again.. There's simply no reason at all.. I mean, all these addons have grown essential to me..
Addons = N00b
What? N00b... Dude you should stop using those expressions, it's hard to take you serious.. Now if i have to answer that idiotic statement, i'd say that it's the noobs who barely knows how to install addons or even knows they exist.. its the people that use IE who is the noobs.
If you need those addons, obvously, FF is the best. However, if you don't need those addons and just want a very minimal browser, something like lynx is fine. IE8 is somewhere in the middle.
I always figured that sooner or later Microsoft would realize that the only way to get people to use IE would be to pay them to use it.
Oh, but check out their oh-so-scientific checklist here. :GEEK:
