    Nice - I went the same route but with the i5, I want the max battery life out of this thing. If you could report your battery life that'd be great!

    Hardware looks awesome.

    BUT, I immediately turned it on and installed the latest BIOS update.

    and now it isn't booting, just beeping :(

    The saga continues.....

    The screen was blank, and when I pressed the power button it would start beeping.

    Called tech support, created a case and they're sending me a box to return it......

    Being an idiot I tried holding the power button for 60 seconds, but it wouldn't power down. So I took the bottom off and unplugged the battery from the MOBO. Put it back in, hit the power, and we're back up!!!!!

    The good news is, I'm back up. Imaged the drive, wiped the drive, installing ArchLinux now...
