Thinkpad T470 Throttlestop PROCHOT offset value

    my Thinkpad T470 has a PROCHOT default value of 75° which is very low an makes the CPU constantly throttle.
    i was able to change this value with the "PROCHOT offset value" with throttlestop. i'm using a value of 10 now.
    i undervolted too, but just a little bit as the system becomes unstable. my current stable value is -70mv

    i'm looking for lenovo user's experiences unlocking the PROCHOT value as i'm afraid the extra heat could somehow damage some other component
