My Thinkpad T470 came with 500 GB and 4 GB of RAM and so planning to upgrade with an SSD and 8 GB of memory.

    Have finalized this SSD:

    Samsung 960 EVO Series - 250GB PCIe NVMe - M.2 Internal SSD (MZ-V6E250BW)

I just need these two accessories to properly install the 960 EVO on the T470 without any issues, right?

Does anyone have any recommendations for the memory? Either Crucial or Samsung?

    Thanks!

I prefer G.skill for ram, though with this model of laptop it won't really matter what RAM you buy.

Check taobao, aliexpress, ebay, for cheaper adapter parts.
