Hey, I need some advice. I am looking for a somewhat thin and, mostly light laptop. My requirements would be at least 15.6" screen and around max. 3Kg weight for both laptop and charger.

At the moment I own a Clevo P960 which has some problems. It seems to run fairly warm, even tho I replaced the TIM and undervolted the CPU. The internal PSU (or motherboard issue...not sure) seems to have some coil noise. But the worst thing, after I opened the laptop to replace the TIM, I noticed that some of the keys on my keyboard are not working.

So, I am not sure what to do. Maybe I was unlucky and I recieved a faulty one. Should I ask the vendor for another P960 or refund?
Honestly, on paper atleast, I really liked the P960 (even tho I was disappointed that the model I bought does not integrate a fingerprint sensor) and for that price and requirements...I am quite limited on alternatives.

Basically, I think my alternatives are either Clevo PB51 or Pcspecialist 15.6" Recoil III RTX (I think it's some Tongfang chassis).

    Any Thoughts?

i think even with tongfang you won't know what you're going to get
best thing is to find a seller where you can get a refund if things don't work out
