I posted this orginally to help anyone out there that might be in need of knowing, not realizing I am also affected - and that I may need a "measles" shot.

I went in to my doctor for a scheduled checkup Friday morning, and causally mentioned my concern about measles exposure to my doctor.
With the recent outbreak of measles world-wide, the chance of getting exposed is now much greater, so I was given a blood test Friday, and tonight I received an alert that the results have been posted for me to see:

F Rubella IgG Result: non immune

F = Failed, not enough (or any) anti-bodies - although no count was given, I'll ask what the level is when I go in Monday... to get a "Measles" shot. :)

I was born well before the 1970's date range mentioned in the video. The video says people born before the 1970's were assumed to have been exposed to the measles and therefore already have the anti-bodies. Apparently that's not a safe assumption.

The video also says that you can get a blood test to see if you are immune and the doctor in the video goes on to say that it also makes sense to get the vaccination instead of taking the blood test first if you know you weren't exposed or vaccinated as a child for the measles.

My doctor wanted me to have the blood test done to know for sure what my immunity status was before potentially wasting a vaccination. Now we know for sure, I am non immune to measles.

Frequently Asked Questions about Measles in the U.S.
    https://www.cdc.gov/measles/about/faqs.html#immunity

"Q: What should I do if I’m unsure whether I’m immune to measles?
A: If you’re unsure whether you’re immune to measles, you should first try to find your vaccination records or documentation of measles immunity. If you do not have written documentation of measles immunity, you should get vaccinated with measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine. Another option is to have a doctor test your blood to determine whether you’re immune. But this option is likely to cost more and will take two doctor’s visits. There is no harm in getting another dose of MMR vaccine if you may already be immune to measles (or mumps or rubella)."

Here's a few recent measles public exposures similar enough to my own daily travels, and after hearing about them I now feel I have a higher potential of being exposed than I previously expected:

Update - the rest of the tests show I have immunity to Measles (Rubeola) and Mumps, it was the German Measles (Rubella) test result that came through first and I am non immune.

Final Update - I received 1 dose of MMR vaccine to inoculate against German Measles (Rubella) today.
