    I know quite a bit about cooking, but was unfamiliar with this trick. I could see this working well cooking a turkey and then making the gravy- not wanting to wait for the fat to rise to the top. But for soups and stews that taste better after a long rest anyways, I just allow some cooling time and skim the top.

    Hmmm, recently hardly any imgur .gifv's play at NBRas embeded image gif's, woam ndering if there is a bug or it's time for a board feature upgrade?

    But going to that link I provided it's clearly playing a "video", how do we support that playable image here on NBR? What is the magic to get it to play here like it plays there?

    Some of the links on imgur using the same gifv => to gif in Image embed work fine.

    That's what I am trying to ask, how do we get all of the animated images on imgur to play here like they play there?
