    Hi all!
Please help me as I have not really find proper solution yet to my upgrade.
    I have a Eurocom Tornado F5 with a 1070gtx. I have bought a MSI GT73VR with 1080.
I would like to swap the GPUs, as far as I see they are compatible. (for the F5 I might need some additional work, but I have already done this, I know the "know-how").
    My question are:
    1) anyone could confirm that the gpus are swapable
    2) what heatsink I need for the gt73vr for 1070? I did not find anything but I know the 2 cards layout are different.
Thank you for your support in advance!

The Tornado F5 can only fit a GTX 1080 pulled from a GT83VR - its the smaller 150W card with the VRM near the MXM slot, see this post for photos:

Now, the GT73VR should be able to fit the GTX 1070. I am not sure about the heatsink part numbers.

Bad news :( There is no point doing if it is only one way swap :( I check the 1080's layout again, but you seem to be right :(

The dragon center on my GT75 suddenly stop working today. Anyone experience same problem?

Would it because of windows update?

There's some issues with Sep update but not everyone experience it. Press Win + R and type appwiz.cpl [Enter], click on [View installed updates], find that new KB, and remove it. See if it helps.

Thanks for your reply. Yesterday spent some time to investigate and finally rolled back the windows update and did the trick.

Now disabled windows update after upgraded to windows 10 pro and hoped it will fixed the problem permanently.

Failed to open dragon center made the gpu can’t go faster than 1800mhz (I guess because the machine wasn’t in turbo mode).

Do you know the version of your Dragon Center? If it's not the latest and greatest then please download it at the link below.
