    Once all the partitions on the same drive Disk 0 for example are deleted it's all gone, your OS drive will be completely clean. When you click next to start Windows installation on Disk 0 will be the clean installation.

    I updated the BIOS to 317 via device manager! so far so good. I just noticed my shut down and turning on is going faster! I am not sure is the same for you! can anyone else confirm with 317 BIOS ?
    Also the VR audio has been removed from my dragon center! I donno, maybe i have to rteinstalll that!

    Don't forget to use MSI BurnRecovery to backup your original MSI OS recovery image, you'll need a 32GB USB 3.0 flash drive to do this. It's worth having in case you need a sanity check install to check hardware, to send in for RMA, or for when you sell the laptop.

    If you don't back it up before blowing away the OS / drive partitions you'll not be able to get it back without RMA or $$ to order replacement from MSI - different regions have different remedies - you might need to send in your whole laptop to get MSI to restore the original OS / recovery partition.

    I haven't seen a download for MSI BurnRecovery for a long time, so don't delete / uninstall it from your system, it's not recoverable. If you find a download for a Windows 10 version, please let us know.
