Good go see you here. :)

Liquid Ultra is not a easy task and it could potentially fried the MB if not careful. However, it provide great temperatures on CPU and GPU if it's done right.

We been promoting free Liquid Ultra for a while now, if you like, you can send it in and we can do it for you free of charge. :)

    I all, i have discovered something. I opened my laptop ( GT73VR 7RF) because i wanted to install the m.2 ssd's 960's pro from samsung to create a Raid 0 from a scratch with 2 new ssd's + a w10..
anyway i saw the socket of the GTX1080 and then i saw underneath one of the heatsinks that there is a same socket. Just about the part were there is a lot of empty space. They have the same branding on it so does this mean that there is an option for a second graphic card?

Yep, the casing and motherboard is pretty much the same. All you need is the card, connectors and the custom heatsink to add on another card.

I got the free liquid ultra, and while it is always better than stock paste for CPU, it doesn't seem to fare as well on GPU. I left the CPU paste you guys did alone because it's obviously doing a great job. I redid the gpu and the mix is fantastic (LM CPU/IC Diamond or kryonaut GPU). I'm just glad I didn't have to apply the liquid metal, that stuff was a pain in he butt to clean. Good thing you guys had a good tape job. [IMG]

Tape made it way better for clean up to, last bit I removed to ensure no accidents. Ignore the dust bits, I opened a fresh pack of paper towels near the computer and bam, instant FOD!

Sorry to disappoint you all...adding 2nd GTX 1080 is not possible......somethings to consider before adding 2nd GTX 1080

You need additional brick of 330w...SLI required total 660w...
You need custom heatsink though the heatsink in GTX1070 SLI Model does fit as the chassis are same.
    You need 2nd GTX 1080....
Single GTX 1080 hits 80 and Dual GTX 1080 no way the Titan Cooler can handle the temp...
A different BIOS required (may be)
Chiptset is different Single GTX 10xx card has CM236 Where SLI GTX 1070 has HM170...

I did all the research and if it's possible I would have done it long time ago....but even trying to add 2nd GTX 1080 will cost nearly $1000....(GTX 1080 / Heat Sink / Power Brick / Power Splitter)....

Does it worth it.?...better buy SLI GT83VR instead spending $1000.....;)

In simple words it's not possible to add 2nd GTX 1080....

No, that was the start of removing it from my GPU. GPU is now on Kryonaut and CPU is untouched from LM.
