Aren't the Sabrent Rockets taking over that mantle?

The G74 doesn't have an NVMe drive anyway.

I would have been all over that if my financial situation were better. Unfortunately that's impossible for me to buy anytime soon. (on SSI).
And at this point id rather put that money towards a future 8 core laptop.

Hope you get a sell though. Good luck!
I noticed receiver bought your 1070.

Also, ran MemTest86 v8.2 Free Edition from PassMark Software, an entire pass until it displayed Pass 2/4. Everything went fine with "0 Errors" on the 31.9G displayed RAM. AddrMode was 64-bit. So looks like all 3 RAM modules are error-free.

Hey all. I know this forum is not as popular as it used to be but i was hoping i could get some help with an issue i've been having regarding fans.

Specifically when i'm using dragon center and switching between advanced and auto (and vise versa) the fan speed will not change. It only changes if i switch advanced to cooler boost and then back to advanced.

Anyone know of a solution so i dont need to keep taking this extra step to keep my computer properly cooled?

    Thanks

I've always seen members say Dragon center isn't good and to uninstall it and use other software solutions to manage fan curves and such. I've never used DC, but I also don't seem to have issues with cooling (I had XoticPC upgrade my thermal paste and heatsinks when I bought the laptop.) They installed MSI Afterburner for a slight GPU overclock.

Could be possible to install a second graphics card over thunderbolt 3 while the nvidia is also running? With the intel integrated and nvidia you have to choose one of them but can't have both at the same time.

You can get a 2nd GPU via TB3 since the primary sticks to its own circuit (Intel + Nvidia).
