Svet can do a better tweaking with BIOS/EC/VBIOS altogether.

Yep BIOS/EC i've asked him several bioses for unlocking my gt60 and with the latest beta 51x bios he did unlocked it successfully. All i need now is a 9xxm and a gpu heatsink upgrade to plug it to my 16F3 :)

Talon, can you try overclocking the GPU and re-run 3DMark 11? I'm curious to see what you can get out of it. :D

Ran 3dmark11 again with an overclock through MSI Afterburner.

    Overclocked +135 Core +100 Mem

    P10091 Graphics 10754

GPU Max 60C CPU Max 72C --- Turbo Fan ON

I think its safe to say with those temps I have a lot of headroom to continue overclocking if I get unlocked vBios eventually.

Generic VGA video card benchmark result - Intel Core i7-4900MQ,Micro-Star International Co., Ltd. MS-16F4

    Edit: Another Run

    Overclocked +135 Core +300 Mem

    P10198 Graphics 10855

GPU Max 58C CPU Max 71C -- Somehow my temps managed to go down? LoL

I really need to be able to overclock the core more as mem overclocks don't usually produce huge results. Also don't really like overclocking it since I have no way of monitoring how cool or hot its running.

That 970m is a wicked little card. +3000 GPU points over a stock 780m with that overclock.

I'll be curious to see what a unlocked vbios can do for it.
