Well...maybe I found the issue of the low gpu usage..I did the trick at bios and removed the power limit.so cpu sticks all the time 3,9ghz..but... I opened the game anthem and I got suprise guys...the frames was lower and the gpu usage was lower..so I thinking when we play a game that need big cpu usage the laptop cant give to gpu to eat watt? We need bigger brick? What u have to say? I opened anthem and suprise me there I had 70% usage and 90 frames now I have 55 60 gpu usage and 70 frames.ofc I turned the bios to default and all good.

280W is sufficient. I measured 230W from the wall with undervolt and in RealBench.

So what the hell is this issue with too many games use low gpu usage and low frames. if it's not bottleneck? Any hide settings on windows. Task manager at bf5 is around 80% cpu usage. But there only 70%gpu usage.task manager at modern warfare is 70 80% too but there 95% gpu usage and very high frames. Task manager at apex legends say only 15 cpu usage but at some places gpu usage drop to 70% and frames go down from 144 to 110. Really I wanna pay someone fix this. Windows issue? Drivers issue ( I have try many) really dont know

That is very strange indeed. I run apex at a consistent 144fps on my GS75 whether I let the cpu run at 4ghz or 3.5ghz.

There is a huge chance that MSI locked the 9sf usage at 230w and made the 280w originally for the 2080 model.

Wait, you can UV at -250mV WITH bios mod?
Before BIOS mod I was at -140mV, after, -60mV.
