    I read somewhere it does but I guess it doesn't after all. I really wish more laptops around the $2000 range had thunderbolt 3 standard. It's not the end of the world with how many port the ge75 has but it would be nice

    That is my decision point between the GS75 and the GE65. Well, that and maintenence.

    GS laptops have a flipped motherboard.

    The new BIOS update is a security patch. However after flashing to it my undervolt became unstable, I had to reduce it. Overall I would say I lost about 3-4% performance.

    50w is not bad for a 45w cpu, especially since it doesn't look like it was given much load since temp maxed out at 73. I don't remember how high it can go in short term, but I think it I've seen 60+w over very short times when pushed hard.
