I lost ability to change minimum CPU clock. Stuck at 2.2 GHz, can no longer change CPU Flex Ratio even though I have unlocked it.

    Could you please check yours.

Can you please share Silent Option? One I found is not compatible with my laptop. Thanks.
    EDIT: nvm, found right one.

The thing I have noticed is that fan RPM never goes below ~3200, even if I make custom curve. Any ideas?

Wow. This is a huge problem with MSI then. I'm still at 1800rpm with factory EC and BIOS. 2k+ minimum speed is not good. 3k+ is worse.

I've been googling this problem all day and the only time other threads were opened on MSI forum were in Apr-May 2019. I was hoping this was fixed since then, but I guess it's a 'feature' not a bug if the latest still have this problem.

I'd recommend flashing to a downgrade EC/BIOs, because the GS65 can definitely hit 1800rpm min fan speed.

Have you tried creating a custom fan curve with Silent Option?

The problem is that fan curves on the GS65 have a floor. You can set the curve at 1% or 10% and it'll be the same for me at 1800. You can't set a rpm of, for example 1500 or 900, no matter what. I don't really need it since I have the factory BIOs which keeps the min at an audibly tolerable 1800rpm.

Seems like the problem is that updating the BIOs or EC raises that floor to the 2000s, or in the case of @Boardss 3000.

After some work, finally got temperatures fixed with new conductonaut application. Under load, the temps are no longer uneven and I shall deem this unit fixed.

    The MSI GL65 has a 115w 2060.

If you guys can find an owner of said laptop you can ask him/her for a copy of the vbios and flash it onto your 2060 for better performance.
