So I recently updated my BIOS to the latest version 2019-11-01 version and couldn't get the CPU Flex Ratio lower than 22. I was able to change it in the line but when you click out of it it reverts back to 22. Anyone else had this issue? Is it because of latest firmware? If it was does anyone have an older BIOS that they can upload or point out where to get?

It's not for you then since you posted 11-01 which came from 9th gen. The correct BIOS should be E16Q2IMS.112 (Released on 8.23.2019).

Just checked the first one you mentioned and in it has support for my model the GS65 Stealth 8SF. The other two you linked did not have that model support.

When you go to the product page it's listed there :https://www.msi.com/Laptop/GS65-Stealth-8SX/Specification

Also this i the BIOS I installed: https://www.msi.com/Laptop/support/GS65-Stealth-8SF

Gotcha, their website is a little confusing, so you have MS-16Q4, and your current version is 116. You can definitely revert to 112. Please see and compare both links below. :)

I did put on the 112 and still the same issue. Not able to lower or raise at all. Co stantly stuck on 22. Now it's making me wonder if I was even able to do it on the older BIOS firmware.
