    What's your full speed?

Yours could be in SATA mode, if it is SATA mode, the temperature produced is low even on full speed.

Having an idle fan issue with the gs65 2060/32gb/9750h...

Updated the BIOS and EC firmware to the latest versions on MSI website. After updating I noticed the fans are locked at 2700RPM even with temps at 35-45 C... I initially updated the bios a few days back then today updated the EC firmware, but didn't notice the idle fan noise till today..

    Edit:
16Q4EMS1.104 AND E16Q4IMS.10A fix the issue...you need both the bios and the EC firmware on these two versions...Idling at 1900rpm now

Quantity wise its ok, a little on the high side but shouldnt be a problem.

What im worried about is your barrier. Some parts look too thick and may cause uneven heatsink pressure. Whats the temperature diference between the hottest and coolest cores when running a cpu stress test?

cpu reaches 98C when stress test and 95C when playing games but when I play hot csgo cpu only reaches 90C and this is an improvement compared to before which reached 97C

(all the tests I did with a maximum fan)

God damn that seems waaay too hot. Gaming with max fans should settle in at the low 80s.

Did you do any of the advanced bios tweaks? What clocks are you running and have you undervolted?
