Are the other laptops that were announced at CES with both Optimus and Gsync using MUX switches? Or the new vrr/freesync compatability? Would be nice to be able to use adaptive V Sync that Optimus equipped laptops can't use in some games

Does the GS75 also have the inverted motherboard like the GS65?

There are a lot of desirable features but the lack of higher resolution screens is a turn off. I hope they come along at some point.

They will definitely come with time. The problem is that marketing is shilling for 4K screens, and those not only are more expensive, but also way more power consuming to run, and not available in high refresh as much.

It would have been ideal to see 2560x1440 high refresh screens to gather popularity. Right now its 1080p high refresh, and will become 4K all the way in the coming years.

I see two USB-C ports. Is one of these supporting VirtualLink for VR? You would think it should with NVidia selling this feature but as I understand it requires an additional 35watts on top of the RTX TDP requirements. USB-C also needs alternate mode support so I’m unsure which of the 40 laptops will support this.
