Do we know if this has the same flipped mobo as the gs65. I am planning to upgrade from my gs65 which i really like just miss a 17 inch screen and trying to decide which lightweight laptop I want and the flipped mobo was annoying on the 65 and would prefer an easier upgrade for ssd and ram. Both this and the ge75 look nice from MSI.

I also like the new alienware m17 since i do have the graphics amp but disappointing its not slim bezel or144hz screen option.

    A new video about the GS75 ( )
Looks like a really nice machine, 3 fans, 2080 max-q, 3 m.2 slots for storage and overall great design.
And apparently upgrading the SSDs has been made easier compared to the gs65 with 10-series gpus in it - nice!
I like that msi really take complaints seriously and improve their laptops! This one definitely is one of my favourite options at the moment. :)

Thanks for the video this is great news. I am leaning towards the gs75 for my next upgrade now that its easier to access the drives. Only thing i am not crazy about is those gold hinges wish it was just black but minor complaint. The gs65 has been real solid for me and this looks like an improvement all around.

I am looking forward to the prices leaning towards the 2080 right now

Could've fitted upward firing speakers on both sides of the keyboard like the Razer Blades no?

No G-Sync? Uses Optimus most likely, hard pass. Why do these laptop manufacturers continue to use Optimus on high end gaming laptops.

Trying to please battery life freaks, I never used a gaming laptop while it wasn’t plugged in so I’m not sure where they are coming from personally lol.

Seems like the GS75 will have stronger CPU cooling power vs the GS65, as the CPU will have one more heat pipe linking to the fan at the GPU side.

    What no Gsync!
And here I was looking forward to the new GS series with 2xxx GPU”s.
I’m i the only one that thinks the Gold hinges on the GS75 look tacky?
