    That RX5700 looks very similar to the Zotac 1080 MXM, as far as that top bump. Should work fine, some placement limits aside.

    The Zotac 1080 does work A-OK in a Asrock Deskmini - Just pop a few ports out, like me! Like the Zotac, the rear in that area of concern looks mostly flat. Some Kapton tape and a slight tilt aren't a problem if you're the type to pack one of these into a Deskmini.

    Edit: I'd also say it's possible that card will work in the Alienware laptops attempting the Zotac 1080, and also the home for the Zotac 1080 - The Zotac VR Go / Magnus and it's derivatives.
