Hmm the Ranger 17 R1 could handle this with some modifications
220W without external power? Sounds like a good way to blow up your MXM MOSFETs.
Ah no, just from a heat displacement perspective.
My Ranger wouldnt allow for more than 118w I think it was EC related so I gave up and got a P750ZM
It was a general remark, not directed toward you specifically. Sorry for the confusion.
Either way though, true enough Would be kind of difficult to run in anything outside of the P775/P750/P870 chassis I would imagine...
well, from my own experience, you can run an RTX2070 desktop at 150w and below with undervolting at above 1800MHz
Mmmh rtx 2080 clevo its rated at 150w, so I guess that the tdp on those gpus is indicative, surely will be more vendor of these gpus in 2021, and we can have an better idea
Hi everyone, I wonder if someone tried to install a Clevo MXM3 graphic card on an Asrock Z390M-STX MXM motherboard.
I know that there might be a problem with the bios of the MB, that is not recognizing the clevo modul.
there might be Also a problem with the power delivery..
Make a thread for that
it should works as long as you mod your mxm slot like here :
Separate names with a comma.
