Yeah, it's a very extreme article and I do not agree with the majority of the examples they give. "Humans are also capable of . . . ". How about this: humans are also capable of moving from one place to another, so why use a car?

It's called convenience. These type of articles are nothing but clickbait.

They seem to just be ragging on the Mercedes E class the whole time. Many of those "features" are found on so few cars I don't see how they can complain, considering that most people don't have them. Either way, their logic is pretty flawed.. If people can walk, why not just do that? It's simpler than driving.

I definitely disagree that electronic stability control is a redundant car tech. It has been shown through many studies worldwide that ESC is very effective in maintaining vehicle control and saving lives. Many fatalities and accidents could be avoided if all vehicles had ESC.

I think hatches are coming back in style these days.

The new GTI MK6, STI, and the all new Mazdaspeed 3 are fast vehicles but give you great storage

Wow, that's a hypocritical article if I ever read one! In the "25 Worst" article, they said things were worse because 1. it took away from the drivers control (ie the driver can do it without) and 2. because it was a nice convenience we don't need.

Using the same logic, almost everything in the "25 best" article could be considered the worst. Maybe they just put 50 things in a hat and pulled out 25 for one article, and used the rest for the other article?

At least I agree that ESC is a "most useful" technology.
