Hey all, I've got a Dell tech coming out soon with a 6970m to replace my current (misbehaving) 560m, and I was wondering if you had a recommended "best" way to get rid of all the Nvidia software/drivers off my laptop and which AMD drivers to install? (I think he might be doing a motherboard swap, too... *shudder*)

And by "misbehaving", I mean it has a bad habit of turning the screen into a mass of flickering pastel-colored triangles during games. Which requires a reboot to stop. This being my second green GPU with issues, I asked to change to the AMD side of things.

    So, driver recommendations?

Just remove your graphics drivers through windows before the card gets removed and install the new ones when you have it in.

Just checking there wasn't a particular way to wipe the drivers! Thanks!

You can try something like DriverSweeper to remove the registry entries.
