    Updated the following battery saving tip to the OP:

    5) Try to connect to 2.4GHz Wireless Networks when possible on your smartphone as the 5GHz networks usually have worse wireless range and thus the phone tries hard to acquire a signal leading to increased battery usage. I get much better battery life now even with WiFi on while on the 2.4GHz Network

    Ultra Male: I have been tweaking my old GP Samsung core prime for a while now, I used privacy guard or similar app to turn off Keep Awake,Run in background and start at Boot parameters for non-essential user apps and I reduced 300MB of RAM and phone was on standby for 12 hrs with 1% drain.

    I have a Samsung S7 here and tip #4 simply doesn't work for me. Apps simply stayed active for some reason
