    Desktop Replacement; 17"+ screen

    3) Which country will you buying this notebook?

    4) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
    a. Like: not sure (old alienware..not newer ones)
    b. Dislike: Acer

    5) Would you consider laptops that are refurbished/redistributed?

    6) What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook?
    General email, web surf, gaming (nothing like work)

    7) Will you be taking the notebook with you to different places, leaving it on your desk or both?
    Bed, on a hard lap table and cooling fan (my japanese house is too small to have a living room or study)

    8) Will you be playing games on your notebook? (If so, please state which games or types of games?)
    Yes. Skyrim, Fallout 4, battlefield, mechwarrior, space flight sim, FPS mainly

    9) How many hours of battery life do you need?
    doesnt matter

    10) Would you prefer to see the notebooks you're considering before purchasing it or buying a notebook on-line without seeing it is OK?
    unseen is ok

    I pref Linux but will use windows.

    nope...Im a DIY kinda guy

    I like my alienware 17R1..big and clunky...I really dont want slim streamline stuff.
    I do also like the ability to upgrade components (cpu, ram)....whats the laptop with a desktop cpu?
