    i have the specter program and disable it. i do not care and i do not use any information important on my computer. so i would like to know if all those above are enabled. and how to check if i do and how to disable it to have all the performance regarless of security. thanks

    If you're using Windows 10 redstone 5 aka v1809 then you have Retpoline enabled on pre-skylake CPUs. Skylake+ only have few subset of retpoline enabled.
    Performance impact is very less. I'm using v1903 and perf. hit is almost NIL just like Ubuntu 18.
