    Hello everyone,

I was taking a look at my Inspiron E1705 Order Details and noticed that it had this listed -- "SoundBlaster Advanced Audio for XPS M1710". Is this the "Integrated Sound Blaster® Audigy™ HD Software Edition"? Did they make a mistake and put something better? Thanks in advance.

    Justin.

The integrated audio that Dell sells with their systems is simply a software upgrade. If you got an Audigy disk with your system, then they made a mistake and gave you the $25 upgrade. If not, then it's just a printing error.

My E1405 shipped with the "30 Day Demo" installed, but no disc. I had to pay $20 to activate if I wanted to keep it. May be what you're getting, but could be the full disc too. never know.
