(For owners of AMD cards who want to keep the official 11.9 drivers)

So, you want to play Rage but you don't want to mess with beta or unofficial drivers? Do this:

Place atioglxx.dll from the 11.10 preview Rage driver into Rage’s folder. (Wherever rage.exe is located)

    no texture issues, solid 60fps

This will also work for BF3

Place the files into the same folder where bf3.exe is located

i started this thread because there were many people asking about Rage/BF3 AMD preview drivers but were having issues installing them. This way you can have your cake and eat it too!

I'm glad it has helped some of you :)

    Hi,

Is this supposed to keep a constant 60 FPS throughout the game? I do see a small increase in performance after placing atioglxx.dll into the Rage folder, however i still drop to 24 fps while driving. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue? thank you and have a nice day!

P.S. My Rig is in my sig, help would be much appreciated

    Thank you very much

Well I'm not getting any drops as far as I can tell (only about 2 hours into the game though)

I'm running a 6990 OC'd so im not sure how much if at all a benefit it is...

this is suppose to keep things fast...but the game will run as good as your hardware will allow. Its very possible that crossfire support isn't the best yet.

its a huge benefit. If you're running the 11.9s, the game is very choppy without these rage performance enhancements

I tried reverting back to my 11.9 drivers and using this DLL, but it doesn't work for me.
