    •16 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (2 x 8 GB)

    •17.3" diagonal FHD 144 Hz IPS anti-glare WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080) with NVIDIA G-SYNC™ technology

Mint condition Omen X 17. No scratches, dings, or scuffs. Was never moved around and sat on a desk all the time plugged into a monitor and usb mouse/keyboard. Only had for two months. Bought direct from HP still with warranty until August 2019. Comes with original box and accessories. The Omen X 17 is known for overheating but I won the build lottery and got one that stays cool (for a gtx 1080 gaming laptop) doesn't throttle and can even do -160mv stable undervolt. There is also the beautiful 144hz IPS panel that HP isn't offering on their website for some reason. This one has zero backlight bleed. Definitely won the panel lottery.

Hi, may I ask a few things about the laptop? I'm interested in the machine, but not in the position to pull the trigger at the moment. So, meanwhile I'd like to ask a few things while I wait for things to develop on my side.

    1. You mentioned the model you have doesn't overheat, could you describe the temperature range while gaming and benchmarking?
    2. What games have you played on the machine and at what settings?
    3. Under those stressful conditions, how loud are the fans?
    4. Could you describe the battery life? Idle; gaming; mail checking, browsing the web?
    5. How easy or difficult is it to access the internals for maintenance and storage upgrade?
    6. What do you think about the screen? Is it bright enough or too dim? Any screen bleeding?
    7. Have you encountered any problem with the machine throughout the time of usage?
    8. Is there something in particular that you don't like about it?

    Thank you.

Excuse me but I'm seeing another seller on eBay that has nearly identical screenshots, same item, same price that you have, just without the paper with silverwolf0 written on. Could you clarify what's going on? Is that your alt?

I figured as much, but it made no sense that he put up the item on another account that has less number of ratings and made 10 years later from the main silverwolf0123 account. I was just looking for an explanation, and I'm sure he can provide one. I would've asked this over PM but the forum forces 5 message requirement so I had to post it publicly.

Oh sorry. For some reason I never got emails for the replies to this thread. Yes I have multiple ebay accounts Its just to take advantage of seller promotions that newer accounts get. I will PM you with more details.
