    Yes it is.

And before I get over my head, I am trying to sort through all the orders in a fair and balanced way. I feel I have to make this known:

I have multiple offers, but a particular buyer who contacted me early (after declining 2 international offers), and is actually within the same state is trying to get the money collected by tomorrow. He and I agreed that if an offer comes along that is too ridiculous to pass up, he would not take it personally. Other than that, I am giving him the benefit of the doubt.

    1. I will not ship overseas.

    2. I will not sell it for less.

    3. I understand I'm really selling this thing too cheap. Please don't bring this post up in other people's listings. It's not fair, plus it is against the rules of the forum.

As I stated, I'm perfectly fine with the cost I listed, since this is basically the price I paid for my R1. You can call me a noob, idiot, whatever. I don't need to make extra money off of this. I don't post often, but this site and all of you have been very helpful in solving any notebook issues I have ever encountered. I just wanted to give the members here a chance for a "once in a blue moon" deal.

Please do not start a bidding war.

Thanks again. (For those that are patiently waiting, I will contact each and every one of you regardless of what happens with the pending buyer).

I do not understand the seller (((overseas refused to send, is afraid of (((said money in advance ((xax)) I have a friend in New York (~ 4000 positive feedback on Ebay), but again does not want him to send what Problem? now wants to sell from hand to hand))) Why write payment PayPal, and delivery to the states? Sorry for bad English)))

System has been sold. Payment received, buyer pending receipt of the system.

Cool Mr. Sven: You first wanted me to ship to the Ukraine. I said I wouldn't ship overseas. Even if your friend in NYC has great feedback on eBay, since I knew this was going to the Ukraine, I essentially only would accept a certified check or money order for this. He could still rip me off with Paypal. I'm sure you are an honest guy, but I feel most people on the forums wouldn't even entertain this deal. Moreover, you don't seem to be an established NBR member. Good luck finding a system, and someone willing to ship to the Ukraine.

So you want to know why the seller won't let you buy the laptop and have it sent to your friend in New York? Probably because it is highly suspicious, anytime you are sending anything to somewhere other than a persons actual address there is a high probability you are dealing with a fraudulent transaction.
