Long story short: P650RS discrete GPU started crashing, suspected failing. Email exchange with XoticPC support; ended up creating RMA to Sager late April. Sent in laptop to Sager via UPS Ground, tracking claims arrived first week of May. Radio silence from XoticPC since then despite a couple of attempts to follow up since then. Anyone know if Sager is currently processing RMAs for diagnostics / repair or what the deal is at XoticPC right now? If it makes a difference, laptop in question is out of warranty.
