Just wanted to follow up that on mobile certain pages are so bad I couldn't even respond to someone until I got home to a desktop. Usually another "you won" type of ad. And it seems to be on the same page as in I can visit certain pages just fine, but then a specific thread page will trigger the redirect over and over again.

I've done all I can to make this a priority for our developers.

    Thanks for your patience.

If you're all using Safari in an iPhone, go into the Settings app and touch Safari. Clear your history and website data. Then make sure the Block pop-ups option is selected, and under the Advance tab, turn off Javascript. Restart your iPhone and see if that makes a difference.

I’ve found the only solution is turning off JavaScript.

Clearing your cache and blocking pop ups is ineffective.

Once JS is enabled the redirects are near immediate and persistent.

I now keep JS off by default and enable as needed. You can toggle as needed and refresh the page to acknowledge and enable your current JS state.

I have a solution... But it costs money.

NordVPN (which I love) has a feature called CyberSec that is a built in ad filter on top of the VPN. I only have these aggressive ads when surfing without my VPN turned on.

Alternatively there is an Android/iOS app called AdGuard that offers system-wide internet connection filtering and eliminates ads within other aps, browser, etc.

I haven't used AdGuard in a while on my Android phone though since getting a VPN subscription. It's my preferred chrome extension for adblocking on my computers though.

Btw here are my pop ups I got today:

I've noticed there are also text editor glitches too btw.
